Static Filters - NY Take 5

Static filters for NY Take 5 are immutable criteria applied to each draw independently. They include even and odd number counts, distribution between the first and second half of the 39 numbers, maximum concentration in a single decade, cadence or figure group, plus the sum of drawn numbers, consecutiveness and minimum distance between consecutive numbers.
