Static Filters - Swiss Lotto

Static filters for Swiss Lotto are immutable criteria applied to each draw independently. They include even and odd number counts, distribution between the first and second half of the 42 numbers, maximum concentration in a single decade, cadence or figure group, plus the sum of drawn numbers, consecutiveness and minimum distance between consecutive numbers.
